2018 in Review, What a Year!!!
What an amazing year! 2018 was a wonderful year with a few glitches!
Here’s some of our highlights;
-
Not only was Year 1 revised and printed, but Year 2, Year 3 and Year 4 have all been completed and published!
-
Our website also underwent a major facelift and overhaul. The site now has a clean look and the store has all four years available, as well as additional books. We hope you find it an easy-to-use resource.
-
At conventions, we had the privilege of meeting so many new and amazing families.
-
We attended our first Teach Them Diligently convention in Nashville and then Atlanta. We had record breaking sales in Nashville and were blessed by the enthusiasm of the Nashville homeschool community.
-
Our first FPEA convention was exceptionally special because it was in our home state of Florida. We met many like-minded individuals and had Year 3 sales before samples were on the table. We appreciate the confidence so many of you invested in us!
-
Over the course of the year, we had the opportunity to share our workshops with over 1,000 attendees.
-
Pathway to Liberty partnered with The Old Schoolhouse Magazine where we will have national exposure. As well as Exploring Homeschooling, where Jayme MacCullough is highlighted as a speaker, and Pathway to Liberty curriculum is highlighted. We are also thrilled with our collaboration with Hip Homeschool Moms.
-
Jayme MacCullough had the privilege of sharing Biblical principles of liberty at a public high school! She was invited to teach four sessions and the students were engaged, receptive and enthusiastic!
-
Our social media numbers have grown as we work to get the word out on Facebook and Instagram!
-
We added a 20% discount for veterans, military and first-responders to say “Thank you” to those who so selflessly serve.
And on to some of our glitches…!
-
We have appreciated our partners’ patience as we have found some errors and a few typos during our overhaul! Thank you for reaching out and making us aware of some much-needed updates. You have been gracious with us!
-
We found that our printer was not the best model for us, so we have gone another route for production. We are very excited about this change:)
-
Social media has been challenging, as the algorithms are ever-changing; but we are not deterred:)
On a personal note;
-
Two of my former students got married! They met in Pathway to Liberty classes and have been smitten ever since:) They have a baby on the way.
-
Another student is in the throws of marine boot camp, another has graduated college with an engineering degree and working for Audi, fun! Another has been accepted to medical school.
-
My oldest son, Caleb, received a promotion at work, Luke and Canaan are both enjoying and excelling in their college classes. And Corban and Levi continue to be excellent students.
-
Corban had a concussion playing football, and while initially it was quite scary, he has enjoyed a full recovery:)
-
Thanksgiving weekend, we were fortunate to not be injured in a car accident on I-75. While the car was totaled, we walked away unharmed.
