The Senate, every 6 years. *Right now Republicans have the House and Senate. Republicans need to keep their majority in both houses in order to progress the President’s agenda. *Analysts believe the mid-terms can be a good indicator for the next presidential election. *Its like a report card for the President, grading a President 1/2 way through his term. *Trump’s approval has hovered between upper 30’s and low 40’s. *23 seats are up for grabs this election. *Currently, there are 68 districts that are not favorable for Republicans.
